Target of our company
is the orderly, scheduled and controlled operation and development
of the company.
Basic tools for this target
are: the planning of the business operation, the
institution of measurable goals and the evaluation of the
results of the company.
For the better operation of
the company, there is the possibility of effective
and reliable support of the administration of the company:
- In the preparation and implementation
of the business plan
- In the corporate governing, with the
support or with the participation of the executives and
partners of EFM group at the Board of Directors
of the company, who offer the knowledge, the experience
and the personality to contribute at the better and more
productive operation.
The goals of our company
are:
- The elaboration and observation of
the Business Plans, for the better coordination and management
of all the available assets. For that reason analysis is
taking place, strategies are developing, actions are planning,
budgets are being prepared and methods and rates of evaluations
of accomplishments the goals are defined.
- The corporate collaboration:through
merging, takeover or participations, strategic alliances
- with the development of the business
relations between companies in sections such as sales, commissions,
representation, subcontracting.
- Market research (in Greece and abroad).
- Development of the sales in Greece
and abroad.
- Support of the management of the company
